North Ari Atoll, otherwise called
Alifu Alifu Atoll, is one of the 21 administrative divisions of the
Maldives. This extraordinarily beautiful atoll is produced by the
northern section of Ari Atoll, a small natural atoll of Rasdhoo or Rasdu
Atoll, and the Thoddoo or Toddu Island. Since the ancient times, the
majority of the islands in this atoll are inhabited but they do have
arqueological remnants from the Maldivian Buddhist era. The Maalhos
Island of Alifu Alifu Atoll is physically the westernmost island of the
Maldive Islands. The atoll's natural beauty calls upon travelers from
the most far-flung areas of the world and probably that's why numerous
resorts have turned up here.
